Make Money Blogging - Blogging to the Bank Product Review

By Matt Murdock

Blogging to the Bank is authored by the hyper-successful niche blogger Rob Benwell, and has been a top seller since its first release in 2006. The book outlines a niche strategy for creating blog networks, including both white hat and black hat methods.

The opening section of the book talks about building a real business and staying away from free blogs. This is a huge departure from the first Bloging to the Bank, which mostly discussed using free blogs to make money. There are also 5 blogging commandments that Blogging to the Bank 3.0 covers. These commandments are important for every blogger to follow.

You have to remember, and this is very important, that his method works for niche blogs. If you are looking to build long-term blogs " which I highly suggest " the Blogging to the Bank program is not for you.

The Blogging to the Bank approach is a better fit for someone who is looking to quickly launch a blog in a niche, set it up for monetization, and then move on to the next blog.

This third release of Blogging to the Bank focuses on making money online by affiliate marketing and not on Pay Per Click programs like AdSense, something that I totally agree with, with Rob.

The e-book discusses some ways to get traffic, BUT, a good number of his methods are wrong and will definitely get you in trouble with the search engines, like Google.

An example is when he says to use paid or sponsored reviews, which Google has clearly stated in its webmaster guidelines that it has actively sought to penalize any website that uses this method. Warning: Do some more research before using any of his techniques he recommends.

His course contains a lot of useless bonuses, that adds little to no value. His software bonus is outdated by more than 2 years, the niche blogs he provides are low-low quality. Yes, you can use them as long as you spend hours upon hours rewriting the content.

In a nutshell, Blogging to the Bank is a perfect beginners guide for making a niche blog " BUT you will not become the next millionaire blogger by following his methods. This product is popular because it is one of the oldest programs out there, as well as having a lot of people promoting it. It is not popular because it is a Great product.

Blogging To The Bank Contains: the core 57-page e-book, Blog Submitter, Article Announcer, Traffic generation guide, 5 niche blogs, and PowerPoint presentation.

Sales Promises Met? -- No: A good program, BUT the sales promises for this course were all hyped.

Ease of Use: -- Good: Helpful for the beginning blogger.

Customer Support: -- Fair: Two support e-mails went unanswered.

Value for Money: -- $37: Fair -- At its current price, BTTB is a fair value, but when the price inevitably increases, the value will be lessened.

Overall Rating: -- Fair: Sadly, it seems like this e-book was just thrown together to cash in on a series that once held a lot of weight. If you want a package that contains a lot more meat and helpful steps, then you will want to go with one of the other courses I have reviewed. - 16036
