I have made a sampling of the movies released this year (2008). I have chosen a few of the motion pictures that I think you might like. I'm sure that you can find a picture or two that you will enjoy.

With lots of money at stake, they conspire to make each other quit the marriage, as they are both determined to have the cash for themselves.
IRON MAN: Weapons developer, business mogul, Tony Stark is taken hostage by Afghan fighters. He is ordered to build weapons for the insurgent group. He suffered a bad injury while he was being captured, and he has shrapnel lodged in his chest. To live through this life threatening wound, and get away from the rebels, he develops a suit of armor, that makes him super strong. We have a new comic book super hero on the scene.
TWENTY ONE: Twenty One basically recounts the actual tale about M.I.T. students who created a winning formula to beat blackjack. This team of blackjack players learned to beat the game, and then performed an assault on the casinos. To play in Las Vegas, where players who beat the game can be banned from playing, they created false identities, and used complex signals to avoid detection. This movie is based on the best selling book that tells how the M.I.T. teams took it to the casinos.
JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH: On a mission to discover what happened to his lost brother, a science professor goes on a mission that puts him on a journey to the center of earth. This a remake of the original 1959 movie, which was about the classic work by renowned author Jules Verne. This sci-fi adventure stars Brendan Fraser, and Anita Briem.
TROPIC THUNDER: With a star studded cast we soon see this movie is a parody of recent war movies. To get better results from his underachieving super stars to make a first rate war movie, the now venturesome director into the wild, and leaves them there by themselves. He hopes to frighten them so they will produce a work of genius, which will be caught on hidden cameras in the area. Unbelievably, as the director dies unexpectedly by stepping on a real land mine, the spoiled actors are on their own, and they start acting, thinking it's a big set, but things are getting very, very real. Written, directed, and acted in, by Ben Stiller.
STEP BROTHERS: When two child like older men, who both live at home with one parent, find themselves having to live in the same bedroom because their mom and dad get married, you have one crazy situation. Put Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly acting as these two idiots, and the conditions are right for a very fun film. This comedy looks like a best bet for comedy lovers.
MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA: As the title suggests, this the sequel to the big hit film Madagascar. The four animal heroes, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo are attempting to leave Madagascar, and go back to the zoo in New York, which is the only home they know. As opposed to going home, with the Penguins leading them astray, they are heading off to Africa instead.
THE CHRONICALS OF NARNIA, PRINCE CASPIAN: Just one year has passed in there "regular" lives, when Edmund, Peter, Susan, and Lucy are mysteriously pulled back into Narnia. Prince Caspian has blown Susan's magic horn, hoping to be saved. In their one year at home, centuries have passed in Narnia, but the four legendary characters have be summoned back to save Narnia from the evil Telmarines. With the aid of the brave warriors of Narnia, they conquer their foes and free Narnia.
ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO: Rent is over due and Zack and Miri, roomies who have been friends since grade school, really need to find an answer to their money problems. What will they do? Oh, that's easy, start making pornos. As you might expect this sets the stage for a great comedy.
